Man pees among trick-or-treaters | Crime
Land O' Lakes, Florida -- A deputy patrolling a Land O' Lakes neighborhood caught a man urinating in a yard as trick-or-treaters gathered treats from nearby homes.
The Pasco Sheriff's arrest report goes into detail how the deputy saw Justin Northrup walk over to the side yard of a vacant house in the area of Venice and Dover drives and start peeing in a bush. The side yard was also reportedly in clear view of the road while about 50 children gathered to collect treats for Halloween.
When the deputy approached Northrup and asked him what he was doing, he replied, "peeing."
When the deputy asked why he was peeing in public he told him, "because I had to go."
Northrup, 26, then told the deputy -- after he was told he should have asked to use someone's bathroom -- that his mother-in-law lives on the same road but that "she really hates me."
So, basically Northrup decided to risk going to jail for peeing in public around kids trick-or-treating over asking his mother-in-law to use her bathroom. Wonder if he regretted his decision on his way to jail for Disorderly Conduct?
