Port Richey, Florida -- A woman who lost her cool over a portable radio was arrested for battery after she took out her anger on an elderly church employee.

The 66-year-old Impact Ministry Church employee told Pasco County Sheriff's deputies she tried to break up an altercation over a portable radio when Sandra Kimball hit her on the left side of her head with a glass coffee cup.

When the deputy asked Kimball about the incident she replied, "F--- you, I have the right to remain silent pig," according to the arrest report.

Due to witness accounts of what happened and the existence of fresh blood on woman's left ear, 31-year-old Kimball was arrested and charged with battery on a person 65 years and older.
