Poker player Racener arrested on DUI charges

Tampa, FL -- He's known for his success in the World Series of Poker, but now New Port Richey's John Racener is facing DUI charges.

The 24-year-old was arrested at Azeele Street and Westland Avenue South in South Tampa for DUI and resisting to testing on Sunday, Dec. 12. According to arrest records, his arrest early this morning is his 3rd for DUI.

Racener took 2nd place in the poker tournament last month, taking home $5.5 million.

PASCO: Investigation continues in the death of a man outside of a port-a-potty

Pasco County, FL - Update: Pasco Sheriff's detectives have released the name of the man found dead yesterday on the side of the road.

Michael Venerable from Lakeland, was found dead near Decubellis Road and Tee Time Circle. 

Cause of death has not been determined at this time.

Pasco County, FL (Nov 26th,2010) - Pasco Sheriff's deputies are investigating the death of a man who was found outside a port-a-potty near the intersection of Decubellis Road and Tee Time Circle in New Port Richey. We received the call at 7:31 a.m.

The man appears to be in his 40s and has not been identified at this time.

Cause of death will have to be determined by the medical examiner.
