Women now have more options for breast cancer diagnostics

Clearwater, FL -- Women in North Pinellas and Pasco counties will now have more options for breast cancer diagnostic services as Morton Plant Mease expands with two new Susan Cheek Needler Breast Center locations.

The new locations are part of the health system's integrated network of breast centers offering breast imaging and biopsy services performed by specialized board-certified physicians, nurses and technologists.

You'll find the new Pinellas location, Susan Cheek Needler Breast Center at Mease Countryside Hospital, in the Medical Arts Building located at 1840 Mease Drive in Safety Harbor.

The Pasco location, Susan Cheek Needler Breast Center at Morton Plant Mease Outpatient Center is located at 2102 Trinity Oaks Boulevard in Trinity.

The centers offer digital mammography and advanced diagnostic breast procedures and plan to provide follow-up diagnostic results within 48 hours.

Breast cancer is one of the most commonly diagnosed cancers among women and there are more than 2.5 million breast cancer survivors in the United States according to the American Cancer Society.
