Workshop teaches employers how to motivate employees

Lutz, Fla. -- Are you a business owner or boss trying to boost employee morale? Pasco Economic Development Council is putting on a seminar to do just that.

Managers can hone their people skills at an upcoming seminar on Thursday, March 22 from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. entitled, "Why Don't Your Employees Work As Hard As You?"

This workshop led by Kelley Rexroad, founder of krex consulting will cover this and other current HR issues and how to resolve them.

In conjunction with Career Central and the Pasco Hernando Workforce Board, this seminar will help companies gain the skills they need to grow their business, support the current workforce, and create new jobs in Pasco County.

Motivating employees can be difficult, but improving their performance in your organization is not as hard as it sounds.  Employers often wonder what would happen if their key employees left, why they have high turnover, or what employee areas are at risk for problems. Kelley Rexroad will answer these questions, and share simple tips on how to engage employees and motivate them to work at their fullest potential.

This workshop will be held at Pasco EDC (16506 Pointe Village Dr., Lutz, FL). There is a $5 charge for a light breakfast. Reservations can be made online at  www.pascoedc.com/events or by calling 888-60-PASCO.
