The Brass Tap hosts Taptoberfest celebration

Wesley Chapel, Florida -- The Brass Tap, Wesley Chapel’s celebrated craft beer and wine bar, is inviting local residents to “prost” their glasses on Oct. 5 and 6 to “Taptoberfest.”

To honor the season’s annual rite of passage, The Brass Tap is hosting its 4th Annual Taptoberfest celebration equipped with Oktoberfest brews, a giant outdoor block party with beer trailers, live bands, classic games and yes, liter-sized das boot glasses.

Located at 200 Piazza Avenue, Taptoberfest will be held from 12 p.m. until 2 a.m. on both evenings.  Adding to the excitement will be cornhole tournaments, liter hoisting competitions, team boot chugging contests and plenty of Warsteiner, an iconic beer brewed in North-Rhine Westphalia, Germany.

Three bands will play on The Brass Tap’s outdoor stage throughout the evening. Even better, there will be no cover charge.

Customers who purchase one of the Warsteiner brews in festive glass boots are welcome to keep their glasses as a souvenir.  These will be sold for $25, and refills cost just $8.
