New Port Richey, Florida -- As part of its Directions 2011 initiative, The City of New Port Richey will hold a "Visioning and Goal-Setting" work session.

Interim Human Resources Director Steven Rosenthal will facilitate setting the City Council's 20-year vision for New Port Richey, core values, guiding principles, and core purpose.

The Council will then consider what initiatives are necessary to make their vision a reality.

"This work session will be different from others our City Council has attended," stated Director Rosenthal. "

'Directions 2011' is a call to action for New Port Richey's leadership to set direction for the management team and our City's future progress."

It is scheduled to take place on Saturday, June 18 from 8 a.m. to
approximately 3 p.m.
at Peace Hall in downtown New Port Richey.

Peace Hall is located at 6431 Circle Boulevard in Orange Lake Park, New Port Richey.
