COPS: Man admits to stealing dog from home

Port Richey, Florida -- A man is accused of stealing a number of items from a home including a dog.

The victim accused 21-year-old Jerry House of breaking into his home on Parchment Drive on Oct. 18 and stealing his TV, computer, Xbox, DVD player, and his dog. 

Man yells racial slurs, pulls knife on man at Wawa

Port Richey, Florida -- A man has been charged with a hate crime after police say he pulled a knife on a black patron at the Port Richey Wawa convenience store on Wednesday evening.

Pasco County deputies say Patrick Smith walked up to the the man in the parking lot and began yelling racial slurs at him. Despite requests from the man for Smith to stop, he continued to yell at him. 

At one point, even said the CIA was after him and it was a conspiracy, according to the arrest report.

Man steals antique dolls from neighbor for Christmas gifts

Dade City, Florida -- A man's daughter probably so excited to get Barbie dolls for Christmas is no doubt disappointed after learning she now has to give them back.

Why? Because her dad stole them from his neighbor.

Pasco County Sheriff's deputies say 24-year-old Scott Eastman admitted to them he broke into his next-door neighbor's shed on Old Trilby Road through a window and stole two sets of antique collectible Barbie dolls valued at $1,800 so he could give them to his two-year-old daughter as Christmas gifts.

High school cheerleading coach arrested for DUI on golf cart

Holiday, Florida -- A P.E. teacher, varsity cheerleading coach and boys tennis coach at Anclote High School was arrested early Monday morning for drunk driving.

Pasco Sheriff's deputies pulled over 29-year-old Jamie Wichmanowski while she was driving a golf cart without headlights in the area of Randee Road and Moon Lake Road around 1 a.m.

Cops: Woman hits church employee in head with coffee mug

Port Richey, Florida -- A woman who lost her cool over a portable radio was arrested for battery after she took out her anger on an elderly church employee.

The 66-year-old Impact Ministry Church employee told Pasco County Sheriff's deputies she tried to break up an altercation over a portable radio when Sandra Kimball hit her on the left side of her head with a glass coffee cup.

When the deputy asked Kimball about the incident she replied, "F--- you, I have the right to remain silent pig," according to the arrest report.

Cops: Man beats girlfriend over chicken bone in soup

Holiday, Florida -- A man so enraged by a chicken bone found in his soup decided to take out his anger on his girlfriend by viciously beating her Friday night.

The woman told Pasco deputies when her live-in boyfriend, Charles Hynson, Jr., found the bone her flipped over the living room table, grabbed her out of her chair and threw her on the ground. He then sat on top of her and hit her numerous times on the head.

The responding deputy reported bruising on her chin, forehead and face and abrasions on her knees that were consistent with her statements.

Surveillance video shows naked suspect in 7-Eleven

Holiday, Florida - Surveillance video is being released in the case of a naked man who attacked a clerk at a 7-Eleven and later led deputies on a car chase.

Pasco deputies say a man matching 30-year-old Abraham Andres Luna's description was spotted Monday evening wearing only construction boots near the Tarpon Springs Golf Course. Tarpon Springs Police responded, but did not find the suspect.
